I started collecting clothes because I wanted to draw inspiration from film and fashion, which I feel are the source of my creativity and expression. I believe clothing is an important way of expressing the individuality and story of all things.

Out of the country

Taking advantage of the strong yen, they are expanding the scope of collection overseas.

Due to the current economic situation, the yen has become stronger, making it easier to collect clothes from overseas. It has become easier for me to come into contact with fashion and culture from all over the world, and it has become an opportunity to take in more diversity and inspiration. There are many items that show new perspectives and creativity from overseas, which is very appealing.

Shop from luxury items to second-hand goods

Taking advantage of the strong yen, I bought everything from luxury goods to second-hand clothes from overseas. The reason is that I am interested in fashion from a wide range of styles and eras, and I wanted to incorporate those elements to create my own style. Unique artwork and style. Clothes from different cultures and eras hold rich possibilities for storytelling and expression.

Move base

Moved to Tokyo. Wandered around the United States.

I moved my base to Tokyo. It started with the desire to settle down, but I wasn't satisfied with Japan, so I soon decided to wander around the United States. I wanted to experience new cultures and art scenes and be inspired.

I have gained a wide range of experiences through film, fashion, and world culture, and have established the style of ZSC. Moving to Tokyo and traveling around the United States has given me new perspectives and inspiration. These experiences have brought richness and diversity to my art.

I started collecting metal sculptures and ceramics because I was attracted to new forms of expression and materials that are not found in fashion. Just like film and fashion, these works of art have their own stories and sensibilities, which I find very interesting.
